他们简直是人世间完美的一对，在那个完美的城市，真希望看到他们以后的故事呀！！！！都这么多年过去了，如今翻出这部电影来看，仍然那么温馨感人。如果有什么评选，我一定把它选为全世界最好的一部爱情电影。其它我还喜欢101斑点狗中的爱情故事。太喜欢故事中的主人翁了，简直不知道如何去表达对他们的喜爱，呵呵。

一切缘起于内心的情感都归宿于文字，在没有摄像头和博客的年代，心灵的邂逅与触碰就这么简单。静悄悄的夜里，调制解压器发出蝉一样的吱吱叫声，显示器的白光映亮一张张心潮暗涌的脸，清脆的键盘叩击声在夜空交织成一张情网。人们在聊天室与论坛上来来往往，确信总有某个ID在等着你；信箱还未升级为广告邮件集散地，你将他的信他的话看了一遍又一遍，目光迟疑而欢喜，更像是在抚摩那个亦真亦幻的身影。
乔•狐狸先生吃掉了凯瑟琳的小书店，凯瑟琳用邮件向NY152倾诉，他想了想，坚定地说：“战斗！战斗！”战斗的凯瑟琳一遇上乔便难遏怒火，而狐狸先生已发现她就是shopgirl。他深情地看着正变身战斗机的她，温柔地伸出手盖住她的嘴唇——“我知道你一见我就会怒到失控，但请不要再如此对我说话，因为我担心你过几天会非常后悔。”
毕竟是戏，商场上的狐狸和猎物居然是网上惺惺相惜的一对，这可是现实中网恋一百次都不会遇上的好事。所以当片尾凯瑟琳在公园花丛中发现乔和NY152竟是二位一体，喜极而泣地拥抱他：“我多么希望他会是你！多么希望”时，我们也只能对这美好结局淡淡一笑，不去想自己也曾“多么希望，多么希望”过什么。
不是每个梦想都能照进现实，但我仍要谢你曾映照我心深处的光亮。
（二）两个人的书店
再回到第一个场景，令人动心的，除了男女主人公，还有沿路各色小店。每个城市都有许多这样的小店，他们是水泥森林里鲜活的植株，是灰色楼群下明艳的注脚。

每一个小店都有一个故事，就像凯瑟琳的街角书店，小小店面堆满童话书，是经营了40多年的老店。小时候从凯瑟琳母亲手里接过书的女孩子长大做了母亲，再领着孩子从凯瑟琳手里接过书。还有周末的“故事姐姐”，孩子们满地乱坐，张大了嘴，听戴着尖帽的凯瑟琳讲悬疑的故事……
不幸的是，小书店被狐狸先生吃掉了，他的连锁书店明亮、阔大，提供卡布奇诺，最重要的是书多又廉价。即便是愠怒的凯瑟琳带着挑剔的眼光走进去，眉头也渐渐宽松下来。但书店最大的缺陷仍被她看到：售书员面对顾客对书目的询问一脸茫然，凯瑟琳告诉他作者姓名，他仍茫然的问：“怎么拼写？”
什么样的书店才能生存，这的确是个问题。离我上班地点不远的地方就有一家七层楼、生意兴旺的大型书城。但不是每个人都能接受令人恐惧的巨大空间和应有尽有的海量书籍，我更喜欢光顾的，是另一家开设在摩天大楼地下层的小书店（大楼有个奇怪的名字“纽约纽约”，《疯狂的石头》片尾大盗就是在这个楼顶扮蜘蛛侠）。顺着阶梯进入书店，特有的书香令人愉悦，穿过陈列着各种美丽绘本的拱形门廊就到了文学馆，畅销书在书台上松松依偎，像积木一样互为书立（媛媛的《巴格达有爱》好醒目）。有包装的书都会在面上摆一本已启封的供人翻阅。墙根一溜分类细致的非畅销书柜，书柜下用木地板砌了几步小台阶，大家就坐在台阶上静静翻书，绝对没有横眉店员来撵你起身。
